Aircraft noise is one of the stressors that can affect the physiological function of organ systems. One of these is the impact stress disorder cardiovascular system to increase the
systolic blood pressure and diastolic. Increased blood pressure and diastolic sitolik can stimulate the heart to work harder to pump blood around the body and occurs constriction of blood vessel muscle. This will cause inconvenience to human body. This study aims to determine the difference in blood pressure due to exposure to aircraft noise on communities around the Airport Adisumarmo Boyolali.
Kind of research is observational analytic cross-sectional approach. This study population is DIBAL villagers Ngemplak Sub Boyolali District. . Population is divided into three groups residing groups with 0-500 m distance from the end of airport runway Adisumarmo as group 1, as a group of 500-1000 m 2 and> 1000 m as group 3. Samples obtained from villagers who meet the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. Sampling is done by simple random sampling system of 30 samples of each group. Measurement of systolic blood pressure and diastolic sphyghmomanometer done with mercury. Results obtained in the form of a ratio scale, and then analyzed with the test One-Way Anova (a = 0.05), and LSD test followed by the program SPSS 16.0 for Windows.
Test Results One-Way Anova followed LSD showed significant differences (p <0.05)> 0.05).
From this research can be concluded that there are differences in blood pressure due to exposure to aircraft noise on communities around airports Adisumarmo Boyolali.
